  • Penelope Hasking

    Managing Director

    Prof Hasking’s work focuses on mental health among adolescents and young adults. Since 2016 she has led the Australian arm of the World Health Organization’s (WHO) World Mental Health Surveys – International College Student Initiative, which seeks to collect cross-national data on mental health of university students, identifying unmet needs and linking students with appropriate mental health services.

  • Peter McEvoy

    Clinical Director

    Peter McEvoy is a Professor of Clinical Psychology in the School of Population Health, and the Mental Health Domain Co-Lead within the enAble Institute. Peter has extensive clinical experience providing evidence-supported group and individual treatments for emotional disorders. Peter maintains a close collaborative relationship with the Centre for Clinical Interventions (CCI), where he is a Senior Clinical Psychologist.

  • Amanda Aiyana

    Lived Experience Director

    Amanda Aiyana is a Lived Experience Educator and Researcher at Curtin University, involved with the Allied Health & School of Population Health, the Curtin CREST Program, and as a Consumer Representative with Curtin Involve. She also serves as an Independent Consultant, LE Peer Supervisor, Executive Board Member of ISPS Australia, and Community Advisor at Telethon Kids Institute. With over 30 years of navigating the mental health system, Amanda delivers recovery-oriented, trauma-informed education and training. She is a member of the Consumer/Survivor/Ex-Patient Movement and has expertise in trauma, suicide, non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), hearing voices, altered states, engagement, and participation in LE peer work.

  • Daniel Marsh

    Secretary

    Daniel Marsh serves as both the Secretary and Research Officer of the COMPAS project. With a background in public health and corporate wellbeing, he works to implement COMPAS and integrate it into universities and other sectors. Daniel manages recruitment strategies, coordinates with university teams, key stakeholders, and partners, and works closely with the research team. His role focuses on the seamless implementation of the project, including expanding COMPAS into additional sectors, leveraging his previous experience to ensure effective collaboration and successful outcomes for COMPAS's initiatives.
